Herb Crusted Vegetarian Pizza

I used to sooth my soul by ordering vegetarian pizza.  Vegetables are healthy right? I only had to feel bad about all the cheese and carbs! But alas, I have found a way to enjoy pizza without all of the guilt, and without the cheese.  This vegetarian pizza is delicious without cheese, but if you’re a cheese whore like me, you can even add a little bit of feta or mozzarella if you want. The crust will be flavored with lovely herbs, and you can simply add any variety of veggies on the topping!
