Ingredients
- 8 bananasfrozen
- 2heaped tablespoons activated charcoal powderavailable at all health stores
- 2tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1cup oat/dairy free milk
- 2teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1cup chocolate M&M’scrushed
Instructions
- Place the bananas, activated charcoal powder, cocoa powder, milk and vanilla essence in a high speed blender.
- Blend until combined and smooth.
- Transfer the nice cream to an empty ice cream container.
- Add the crushed M&M’s and freeze for 1 hour.
- Serve with more M&M’s.
