First off, heat the oil in a medium saucepan and sauté garlic, chilli, onion, carrots, bacon and herbs.
Add the mince and brown (you can add a little water to help with the cooking process)
When the mince is browned add the tin of tomatoes, season and cover to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring now and then.
When it is done, use a slotted spoon and fill an oven safe dish with your Bolognese.
Open the sheets of Phyllo, and by using a pastry brush, lightly brush each layer with a bit of butter, crinkle it up and arrange it on top of your meat.
Bake in the oven until golden, serve with veggies or a crunchy side salad!
