Ingredients
- 1cup flour
- 1cup sugar
- 2tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1pinch salt
- 1/2cup hot water
- 1/2cup cooking oil
- 4egg yolks
- 5ml vanilla essence
- 4egg whites
- 2teaspoons baking powder
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients together. (Except the baking powder).
- Add the hot water and oil and mix until incorporated.
- Add the 4 egg yolks, vanilla essence and baking powder. Mix until incorporated.
- With an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks forms.
- Fold the egg whites into the batter.
- Fill muffin tins with batter and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Decorate with Delicious Chocolate Frosting
