Ingredients
- 2cups baby spinach
- 1large cucumberroughly chopped, skin on
- 2stalks celeryroughly chopped
- 2 green applescored and roughly chopped
- 10cm fresh gingerpeeled and grated
- 1 lemonjuice used
- handful fresh mint
- 1cup natural yogurt
- 1cup ice water
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in your power blender and blend until smooth.
