  1. Squeeze the juice from one lemon onto the calamari. Set aside.
  2. Combine the butter in a medium saucepan with the garlic, juice of one fresh lemon parsley – cut finely. On medium heat, melt all the ingredients together and set aside.
  3. When your wok is ready (and I mean scorching hot) add your calamari to the pan, I didn’t use any extra oil or butter in the wok.
  4. Toss it around in the wok a few times (and this takes literally about 5 minutes)
  5. Lastly pour the lemon and parsley butter over the calamari and remove from heat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper or any fish spice you might want to use, garnish with fresh parsley and serve with Flavored Rice.
