  1. First off, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and prepare a bundt pan with non stick spray.
  2. Then, in the bowl of an electric mixer, add all the ingredients except the sugar, water, honey and clementines from the end of the ingredient list.
  3. Mix on high for 3 minutes.
  4. Add batter to the pan and bake for 30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius, or until a tester comes out clean.
  5. In the meantime, add the water, sugar, honey and clementines to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  6. Simmer on low heat for 4 minutes until sugar is dissolved and liquid becomes sticky.
  7. After baking time, remove the cake from the pan, and carefully drizzle the syrup over the hot cake.
  8. Leave for a few minutes before finishing the saucy goodness, this cake really takes it all in.
  9. Refrigerate before serving.
