Ingredients
- 2cups shredded ice burg lettuce
- 2 tomatoesfinely sliced
- 125gr baconchopped
- 2 white peachessegmented
- 1cup parmesanroughly sliced
- 1/2 spring onionchopped fine
- balsamic vinegaras dressing
Instructions
- In a saucepan, grill bacon until crispy.
- Arrange the lettuce, tomato and peach on a salad plate.
- Add the bacon, spring onion and parmesan.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
