Instructions
  1. First off, measure your ingredients and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey and olive oil. Mix well until the ingredients are incorporated.  
  3. Add the eggs one at a time as you mix, to incorporate it into the mixture. Set the wet ingredients aside, while you prep the dry ingredients.  
  4. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in another mixing bowl.  Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and gently fold the batter until the flour is incorporated. 
  5. Scoop the batter into prepared cake tins/moulds and bake until golden and a tester comes out clean for 30-35min.
  6. Lastly, make the syrup by combining the orange juice, sugar, vanilla and rosemary in a small saucepan brought to a boil to dissolve the sugar.  Pour the hot syrup over the cakes as they come out of the oven. Serve with whipped cream.
