Ingredients
- 30ml olive oil
- 500gr beef stir fry
- garlic salt and black pepperto season
- 1 artisan sourdough bread4 slices, toasted
- 4tablespoons organic beetroot hummus
- 2cups exotic tomatoes, sliced
- 1cup fresh watercress sproutsto garnish
- salt and black pepperto season
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan until scorching hot.
- Add the strips of beef little by little and flash fry until done. Season. Set aside.
- To assemble, spread a tablespoon of beetroot hummus on each toasted slice of sourdough bread.
- Top with flash fried beef strips, slices of tomato and watercress. Season and serve immediately.
