It’s that time of year again when all I seem to be obsessing about is getting fresh and healthy food into my body, getting it bikini ready. Guys, my struggle is so real. Instructions
  1. Arrange the spinach on a salad platter.
  2. Mix the chopped tomato and celery in a mixing bowl and add seasoning.
  3. Arrange the chopped ingredients on the spinach.
  4. In a small mixing bowl whisk the oil, vinegar and basil pesto until incorporated.
  5. Add a squeeze of lemon to the salad and serve with vinaigrette.
