Bruschetta with Olives, Feta and Wholegrain Mustard

This topping really shows that your options are endless! Combining olives with feta cheese is nothing new.  I added wholegrain mustard to the mix to spice it up a little more.  Not only does your Bruschetta look delicious, the taste is even better!

Instructions
  1. Spread the sliced bread with garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Grill until brown and toasted.
  2. Top bruschetta with sliced olives, crumbled feta and half a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard. Serve.
