Some more than others, others that choose to buy ready made muffins rather than baking it themselves. Don’t get me wrong. I think it is great and convenient to just drive to your local bakery and pick up a dozen of your favorite muffins. But there is something else about a home baked muffin. Try it and you will agree! Once you step into the world of baking and cooking at home, you will never go back.

In a large mixing bowl, add all your dry ingredients and mix together.
Whisk the wet ingredients in a separate bowl until creamy, except the milk.
Gently mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just incorporated.
Add spoonfuls into your muffin holders and bake for 20 min at 180 degrees Celsius until brown.
