Sometimes the inspiration hits me to cook or bake something that my toddler would enjoy. I will get all excited about the idea, start with much dedication and present delicious morsels of love to my young explorer. Although this recipe of Ham and Cheese Pinwheels are easy and quick, I was most disappointed when he simply refused to taste my creation which then felt like it kept me busy for hours.
This is my life.
I have a fussy eater. And nothing will change that.
Hopefully your little ones will enjoy these yummy Ham and Cheese Pinwheels; they are simply the easiest snack to put together or can even be made for a scrummy lunch when those tummies need something more than just fish fingers.
It consists of crumbly puff pastry, rolled out and spread with cream cheese – sprinkled with your choice of cold meat or ham and cheddar cheese. Get those little fingers involved and watch them enjoy this delicious recipe.
You can easily freeze these delicious bites and it can last for up to 2 days in the fridge. Hopefully in time, mine can let go of his fussiness and enjoy his mum’s attempts at trying to feed him normal food! Enjoy!
