Breakfast Quiche

This is one of those recipes that you wouldn’t want to forget when you have a house full of grumbling tummies after a great party.  It is quick and versatile, and can be whipped up in a short amount of time.

All the ingredients that you would find on a normal farmhouse breakfast plate are incorporated in this pleasant handy recipe. To even spare some extra time, go crust less on this one, and serve with garlic rubbed toasted bread.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and find a nice size glass oven pan to bake this perfect dish in. Serves 6.

Breakfast Quiche
A crust less quiche that consists of bacon, german viennas, boiled egg, mushroom and cheese.

Instructions
  1. In a saucepan heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic, add the herbs and bacon.
  2. Brown the bacon, and add the viennas to the same pan.
  3. Remove meat from pan, and add the mushrooms with butter. Cook mushrooms until dry. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add all of the cooked ingredients.
  5. Crush the hard boiled eggs with a fork and add to the cooked ingredients. Add the cheese and mix.
  6. Mix the eggs and milk, and add that to the cooked ingredients.
  7. Pour in oven bowl and bake at 180 degrees until solid, for about 30 minutes.
