Tropical Citrus Smoothie Bowl

I am enjoying finding new flavour ideas for my morning smoothie bowl.  Even though it’s pretty easy to create your own version at home, I thought I would share this recipe for Tropical Citrus Smoothie Bowl.  Summer in a bowl!

Summer in a Smoothie Bowl

If you could put a season in a bowl, I think this one would be it.  I love the fresh and zesty citrus flavours all year round, but more so when the sun is out! Oranges, paw paw, and pineapple are some of my favourite fruits.  Combined in a smoothie  – it just turns into something magical, let me tell you…

Good Morning Sunshine

When you are shopping for your fresh fruits again, remember to grab a few of these fruits, for this nourishing smoothie bowl. Freeze your paw paw and pineapple in chunks for easy access.  I added coconut yogurt, honey (or maple syrup) and chia seeds for extra goodness.  This smoothie is vegan, dairy-free and SUPER DELICIOUS.

I don’t know about you guys, but I love to grab a smoothie in the mornings.  Life is just so busy and with all our commitments we must face on a daily, trying to feed ourselves in peak hour morning rush, is a nightmare.
