Bruschetta with Beetroot and Thyme

I kind of played around with the combination of beetroot and thyme.  Not your conventional choice for garlic Bruschetta topping right? I figured it could deliver an elegant and unique taste experience. It surely has! Add extra black pepper for a bit of a kick.

Instructions
  1. Rub the slices of bread with garlic and drizzle with olive oil, grill until brown and toasted.
  2. Top garlic bruschetta with sliced beets and fresh thyme. Serve.
