This must be the easiest chocolate cupcake recipe I have ever tried. The recipe delivers a fluffy and light chocolate cake, that is literally mixed about in two bowls and literally takes about 5 minutes to mix.This recipe has been in our family for a very long time, I believe it was passed on by my grandmother.
As a child my mother would bake this chocolate cake, as soon as it is out of the oven, my brother would devour it right there and then! I used this easy Delicious Chocolate Frosting recipe for the icing.
Make sure your oven is preheated at 200 degrees Celsius, and have your cupcake holders ready in your pans.
