No Rise Cheese and Herb Bread
A simple and easy bread recipe that contains no yeast and is crammed full of fresh herbs and mature cheddar cheese.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a standard size loaf pan with non stick spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the self raising flour, sugar, salt, pepper and chopped herbs. Mix well.
  3. Then add the grated cheese to the dry ingredients and mix it through.
  4. In a smaller mixing bowl combine the pesto, yogurt and eggs and mix well.
  5. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Scoop the batter into the loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.
  7. Top the batter with halved cherry tomatoes.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
