It can be served as a light lunch, or even have it for dinner if you so wish. It could work perfectly for a party snack or canape and it could be served as a starter with a more complicated main. So versatile, right?

Ok, ok, you can use lettuce leaves if you dislike cabbage, but don’t dis the cabbage too soon. It is scrumptious and delicious, and pretty healthy too! Have a good one!

Instructions
  1. Heat your grill pan to scorching hot.
  2. Rub the steak with olive oil and sear for a few minutes on each side until done, mine was medium rare. Season and set aside.
  3. Arrange the cabbage leaves on a plate, fill it with sliced carrot. Slice the steak and add it on top of the carrot.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, grated cucumber and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Serve the cabbage and beef bites with tzatziki and some bubbly.
