Banana Bread

There is just something about the amazing smell of freshly baked Banana Bread lingering through the house.  I cannot wait for it to cool down for that first slice. I just roll like that.  Burns and all.  I have been looking for the perfect Banana Bread recipe like forever. And I think that I found it.

Banana Bread

I have been in a state of wonder the last couple of weeks, generally mesmerizing every single resource on our beautiful planet earth, and how easily we all take it for granted.  Our little planet sustains us and from its soil we harvest and reap our future.

Banana Bread

A simple fruit like the banana brings me back to my knees.  I am also feeling quite happy.  I love my life.  I want to be better at things. Like baking.  I haven’t been good at that. But this recipe made me feel like the baking queen.

The humble Banana.  Such a simple ingredient.  In my eyes, it has to be one of those gems that can be transformed in what seems like a gazillion of different recipes. Do yourself a favor and bake this Banana Bread. It. Is. Divine.
